about

Green Energy comprises of four experimental electronic compositions. The album is an homage to the luminescent green glow prevalent throughout 1970’s scifi and horror TV serials and film. This hue is often employed to depict something supernatural or otherworldly. Whether realised in special effects or in the lighting design there is an energy from this glowing green that is embedded in the minds of anybody familiar with this era of TV / film.

The four pieces serve to convey through music the narrative of four such tales whilst also sonically referencing the era with analogue synthesizers, organ and curious effects created with magnetic tape.
